Registers
FULL REGISTER
Where all championship, interim and provisional breeds of cats are registered, provided that they fulfil the current rules for full registration.
EXPERIMENTAL REGISTER
Where cats bred within exerimental breeding programs for either breeds or colours which are not recognised, may be registered and advanced generation by generation according to criteria approved for the specific breed or colour breeding program. Some breeds will qualify for Championship competition while others must be shown only in NB (New Breed Show Category or Preliminary New Breed Assessment Class).
New breed and non allowable outcross programs application must go to the Board of Directors. Commencement shall not take place until BOD decision is received.
HOUSEHOLD PET REGISTER
Where only Household Pet/Companion cats may be registered. All applications shall be for NEUTERED or SPAYED cats, with the only exception being a Domestic cat which is part of a breeding program licenced by CATZ under a CATZ registered prefix.
