1. Prefix owner must be a Financial, Life or Full Members of Catz Inc. and be over the age of 18.
2. Must abide by all Catz Inc. Registry Rules, Code of Ethics and Constitution.
3. All Female cats to be in the name of the Prefix holder.
4. Female cats to reside on the property of the Prefix holder unless dispensation is given by Catz Inc.
Joint Prefix
1. Prefix owners must be Financial, Life or Full Members of Catz Inc. and be over the age of 18.
2. Must abide by all Catz Inc. Registry Rules, Code of Ethics and Constitution.
3. All Female cats must be in the names of all registered owners of the Prefix.
4. Female cats must reside on the property of one of the registered owners. If 5. Registrations, Transfers and leases must be signed or emailed by one of the Registered owners.
6. If only one of the Prefix holders renews their Membership and the other holders do not then that Prefix can not be used.
7. Female cats with joint ownership can not be used under another Prefix owned only by one of the joint owners. They can only be used under the Joint Prefix.
Registrations
1. Must own a Prefix with Catz Inc.
2. Must be a Financial, Life or Full Members of Catz Inc.
3. Female cats must be in the Prefix owners name.
4. To register a HHP pet or Companion you must be a Life, Full, Junior or Associate Member of Catz Inc.
5. If the Sire is owned by anyone other than the Prefix owner then the Registry must be notified by the Stud owner that the said mating took place and that they believe the resulting Progeny came from their Stud.
6. Registration applications from another Registry must be accompanied with a 4 Generation Pedigree with the new owners name on the Pedigree.
7. If a Stud is used from another Registry (see 5 above) must also be accompanied with a 4 Generation Pedigree.
8. Litters maybe Registered without naming the Progeny.
9. Names maybe reclaimed upon the death of an animal providing it has not been entered into a show or bred from.
10. All Pedigree kittens bred by Members shall be litter registered as per the Catz Inc. Code of Ethics point #8.
Transfers
1. Pet transfers to be done Breeder upon full payment or within 21 days from the date of sale.
2. Breeding transfers to be done by the Breeder within 21 days or upon full payment being received. Must be accompanied with a 4 Generation Pedigree.
3. Transfers must be signed or emailed by the Registered owner to the new owner.
4. New owners name, address and post code must be supplied stating whether Pet or Breeding.
5. All transfers not stating whether Pet or Breeding will be treated as Pets.
Leases
1. Leasee and Leasor must own a Prefix.
2. Both leasee and leasor must be Financial, Life or Full Members of Catz Inc. and over the age of 18.
3. Starting and ending dates to be stipulated at the time of lease.
4. Any conditions put onto the lease must be signed by both parties.
5. If no termination date is supplied the lease will be for 12 months only.
6. Early termination can be done by the leasee.
7. Extending termination with both parties agreeing to the new date and both parties must contact the Registry of the new date and the agreement to abide by all conditions if stated.
